Hi,
I'm a diehard New Yorker and a Puerto Rican living in Luquillo who is enjoying her journey as I continue to learn about our rich culture, and interesting traditions that lets me understand how we keep that festive gene alive when we're away from this beautiful island.
The reason for creating this website is a simple one, I just want to spread the word about who we are, how our traditions mold us even if we don't live on the island and when away how we try to keep a little treasured nugget of Puerto Rico in our hearts. Art Review PR presents the island's culture and traditions as seen through my eyes and the eyes of our talented artist, musicians, singers, dancers, and historians. We are born with a Festive Gene in our DNA, hence our colorful culture with its Taíno, Spaniard and African roots intertwined now with its American influence which makes-up an attractive and diversified culture.
Stay safe and enjoy the outdoors if you can. A little sunshine everyday is like a spoonful of great tasting medicine.
