... -Sherlock, today we are off on our own and we are going to find a new place to dig. –Said Rellie to her dog.
–Arf arf arf… Oh no! No way, not another day roasting in the hot sun. –Barked Sherlock.
Of course, Rellie ignored his barks and off she went. She knew that, Sherlock, her best friend would follow her footsteps.
Sherlock could have stayed behind resting in the campsite but he didn’t want her getting lost, especially since he knew how easily Rellie attracted trouble. She is like a magnet for mischief. Sometime her dad calls her “My Little Tornado” because she leaves a trail of destruction where ever she goes. He had to follow her. After all, he was no ordinary toy poodle; he was an educated toy poodle and he learned from the books Rellie read out loud to him as a puppy. Yup, it was up to him to keep her safe and out of danger.
-Arf arf arf… Wait for me, my little Tornado. –Said, Sherlock, in his puppy language.
As usual, Rellie was not paying attention to detail, and walked a little too far from the dig site. -Here, this place looks like a good spot. Sherlock, let’s start digging! ...
... -The name is Sherlock also known as The Thinker, and I am very special. In fact, it is elementary; we are all special, including the Flowers.
-Who are the flowers? -Asked Tory.
-They are one of the rainbows of life. All those beautiful colors you see dancing in front of you are from the flower species. They have been trying to tell you to be careful where you sit down. The Flowers are really very special but in a different way. -Explained Sherlock.
Tory smiled as he remembered the musical wind which must have been the flowers, with their sweet fragrance, that made him sleepy. He was beginning to enjoy the land of the little people with its sweet dreams and funny characters.
-How strange, Sherlock! I have not heard the Flowers speak; I only heard music blowing in the wind.
-Oh! That is not so easy. It is necessary to pay attention, and listen to the floating words, which fly in the wind like music. You have to smile while you do Hokey-Pokey Flower-Shake dance, it's silly but lots of fun. The Hokey-Pokey Flower-Shake is the only way to hear the them talk. Sometimes, they all chat at once, and then all you can do is laugh while they chatter in the wind. -Said the toy poodle laughing as he did the Hokey-Pokey Flower- Shake dance...
